I’m sure the time for impulsive sewing projects and messy crafts will come back, and I’m already planning a few fun making sessions with the girls. Like hand-dipped beeswax candles, corn husk dolls and handmade paper. But right now, the kind of making I’m most interested in is the educational variety. I’d forgotten how much fun it is to wield a glue stick and scissors and then cover it all with contact paper. In fact, I’m having daydreams about covering so many surfaces in my house with contact paper, I may just affix labels and a laminated surface on everything.
